Relaxing Spa Retreat

The spa at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is simply out of this world. My partner and I spent hours enjoying the facilities and treatments. The atmosphere is serene, and the attention to detail is amazing. We had to literally drag ourselves away from the spa to make it to our dinner reservation. It truly enhances the overall relaxation experience of the hotel.

Really good Suite Experience

We stayed in a junior suite that was impeccably clean and comfortable. The entertainment system was excellent, allowing us to seamlessly stream our favorite shows from our devices or watch Netflix on Apple TV. Elegant Dining Experience

Fantastic Family Amenities

During our stay, we discovered a wonderful kids' play area by the beach. It was perfect for our family, as our kids enjoyed playing while we relaxed nearby. The hotel also offered a late checkout which allowed us to maximize our time together by the pool, making it a very family-friendly experience.

I had a truly amazing experience at this resort on the Palm. The property is luxurious with lovely restaurants, a beautiful beach area, and top-notch service. The spacious room featured a comfy bed and a great view from the balcony, making it perfect for relaxation. However, the dining experience could be improved with a few more options at breakfast. Overall, it's a fantastic place for a peaceful getaway, albeit slightly away from the city's hustle and bustle.

I have been a long-time fan of this hotel, celebrating Christmas here for years. The spa is absolutely outstanding, arguably the best in Dubai. The beach and pool areas are exceptional, with great service from the staff, particularly poolside. The dining options were excellent, but some aspects of the experience could use improvement.
